Ryan Whelan is an Oakland based artist, regularly showing work in group and solo shows in SF and Oakland at galleries and art spaces. Ryan creates colorful illustrative works using printmaking methods, painting, and drawing. Ryan will be participating in the New Folk group show at the Galallery 1/30 and the Welkom Baek show curated by Oliver Holden and Calvin Wong at Adobe Books Backroom gallery on 2/5.
